1. You are eligible for the refund/exchange in case you do not like the product. You have 7 days to notify us that you wish to return the items from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
2.The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
3. We recommend to choose the best size as per our size chart or contact us so that customer care executive can help in selecting the same.
4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition that it was shipped to you. If the products are returned in a poor condition or have clearly been worn then we will not be able to refund your money.

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
6. Kindly allow 7 days for the returns to be processed and the amount to be reflected against your user id as asharfi credit which can be used for future orders.Feel free check faq section or to ping us on any platform instagram, messenger or whatsapp for any query related to product.
7. Request you all to please try to contact ASAP if you want to cancel the order, so that we can cancel it before we ship it. Not only it will save us the hassle but also it save us the shipping charges.
